If the customer doesn’t make a purchase on the first visit on your website the customer might return and complete the purchase at a later point. The purchase will be registered in our system only if that later point is within the tracking timeframe.

The most common tracking timeframes are 30, 45 and 90 days. It’s recommended to set the tracking time to 45 days and it’s the most common within the industry.

iSales commission

Compared to your regular tracking, which is based on visitors clicking on a link or a banner on your affiliates websites, iSale is based on visitors viewing one of your banners, then completes the purchase that is registered into our system. For more information about iSales, please read this page.
